We process personal data in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

No tracking, no cookies

This website does not use tracking or analytics tools and does not set cookies.

Hosting

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, a service of Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). When you open a page, your browser automatically transmits technical data, such as your IP address, the date and time of access, the page requested, and your browser and operating system. Cloudflare uses this data to deliver the website and to protect it against attacks, and may process it in data centres outside the UAE, including in the USA. We do not use it to identify visitors or to create profiles.

Fonts and map

Fonts and the map on the contact page are delivered by this website itself; no font or map service is contacted. Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors.

Contact by email, phone, WhatsApp or WeChat

When you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we process the details you provide – for example your name, company, contact details and message – to answer your inquiry and, where applicable, to prepare and carry out a business relationship. Our email is provided by Zoho Mail (Zoho Corporation); the mailbox is hosted in a Zoho data centre in the United Arab Emirates.

WhatsApp is a service of Meta. If you choose to contact us via WhatsApp, WhatsApp processes your data under its own privacy policy; data may also be transferred to the USA. If you prefer, write to us by email instead.

WeChat is a service of Tencent. If you add us on WeChat, WeChat processes your data under its own privacy policy. The QR code on the contact page is a plain image on this website; no connection to WeChat is made until you scan it.

Inquiry form

When you send an inquiry, we receive the details you enter: name, company, email address, phone number, country, product interest, what you are looking for and your message. We use these details only to process your inquiry. The form sends your inquiry to us by email via the service Resend.

Spam protection

The inquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that an inquiry is sent by a person. Turnstile is loaded only on the contact page.

Storage period

We keep personal data only as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected. Correspondence relating to a business relationship is kept for as long as statutory retention periods under commercial and tax law require. After that, the data is deleted.

Disclosure to third parties

We do not sell personal data and do not pass it on for advertising. We share it only with the service providers named on this page, and with authorities where we are legally required to do so.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time which details we hold about you. You can also request their correction or deletion, ask us to restrict their processing, receive them in a common format, and object to their processing. Write to info@noonfzco.com.
